Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing SEO tool, which is specialized in our web product.
• Responsible in finding the most efficient way to get exposure on search engine for our product.
• Updates the SEO tool if there’s a new request from users.
• Must write well organized documents for related team.
• Will give help and suggestions to development team about SEO logic when they develop new web product.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of SEO development experience with complex data-driven websites.

· Must have three years experience in affiliate account management or similar.

· Must have 3-5 years of direct experience in web marketing targeting European/North American markets.

· Must have deep understanding of web analytics and pay per click programs.

· Must have familiarity with tracking and analyzing data; response rates, avg. order, P/L (by segment), cost per aquisition.

· Must have knowledge of advanced Search engine optimization strategies

· Must have extensive knowledge with: CPC, CPM, Email marketing, customer retention, site optimization and conversion enhancement.

· Must have experience working with various software applications. Experience with Silverpop a plus.

· Must have willingness to learn new applications and technologies. Photoshop experience a plus.
