Requirements:

Senior Web Developer

Responsibilities:

• Work as a trainer at the training centre
• Participate in the development of the curriculum for the training centre
• Train the trainees (give a lecture)
• Review/grade assignments and give constructive feedback
• Manage/grade the tests and give constructive feedback to the trainees
• Manage the junior developers, the documents and deliverables
• Allocate works/tasks to the developers
• Manage the development schedule
• Perform code reviews and give constructive feedback to the developers
• Manage and control the deliverables
• Guarantee the quality of the deliverables
• Report to the manager regularly and submit the integrated deliverables
• Report the current status of the developers and the development to the manager.
• Integrate the documents and code deliverables and submit to the manager

Requirements:

• Must possess at least Bachelor’s / College Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming or equivalent.
• Must have extensive experience in web development
• Must have ample experience as a development team leader – team of at least with 5 developers (a html coder does not count as a developer)
• Must have extensive experience in code review and giving constructive feedback to enhance the quality of the codes.
• Must have advanced knowledge about agile development method.
• Must have experience as a scrum master (or equivalent)
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be willing to work in Ortigas
• Should be Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status
• Full-Time positions available.
