Tropical Disease Foundation

WE are a non-stock, non-profit Scientific and Charitable institution duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission since 1984 and founded by a group of physicians. Our objective is to undertake researches, training and service in the control and management of tropical infectious diseases. Principal Recipient of the Global Fund to fight against Tuberculosis, Malaria and HIV/AIDS.

Responsibilities:

• Assign users to correct role and responsibility
• Ability administer a MySQL Database, create tables, test/build queries using PhpMyAdmin or similar tool and to interface with these from PHP
• Provides technical support and will help resolve user login issues
• Helps research the impart of proposed changes to existing application
• Helps develop and maintains documentation
• Helps participate in testing, user training, and evaluation of upgrades
• Assists in the development of wants and needs list for Knowledge management enhancements
• Report status and results periodically

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or management information systems, or benefits administration and analysis experience directly relevant to the job responsibilities. .
• At least 1 year experience with administration of enterprise search engines
• Strong knowledge of search optimization techniques
• Experience in website setup, administration and maintenance preferred
• Knowledge and Experience in web design, design standards, content management preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Full-Time positions available.
