Customer Service Representative
at SimpleX Internet Philippines Inc. in Metro Manila - Pasig
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
• Responds in a timely manner to email and chat inquiries according to internal procedures and policies.
• Receive calls from U.S. customers, provide accurate information and assist in resolving customers’ concerns.
• Continues to acquire knowledge about the company and product.
Assist in Service Operations and Continual Service Improvement:
• Service Monitoring
• Lead problem management and resolution activities
• Analysis Complaints from Current Customers and Needs from New Customers
• Preparation of necessary user guides and other reference documents
• Training / Orientation for Our Service
Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required skills : MS office
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Experience in Internet market research and web solution is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Fast and correct typing, ability to create grammatically correct responses without any spelling errors
