Analytics/Affiliate Marketing/SEO Specialist

Responsibilities:
· Develop, manage and utilize keyword database.
· Develop and implement on-page and off-page optimization campaigns which include effective and dynamic copy writing, consistent and sustainable link building campaigns as well as link exchange programs.
· Report on organic ranking, traffic and conversion plus on the campaign performance on all the online marketing initiatives.
· Conduct competitive and comparative analysis on site structure, keyword density, content and link popularity.
· Analyze traffic metrics and provide recommendations.
· Facilitate with the management of various affiliate accounts including generating leads, managing asset and tracking requirements, affiliate correspondence, campaign performance monitoring and reporting.
· Responsible for generating leads of quality affiliates and partners within established industry guidelines and company metrics.
· Coordinate and track promotions and programmes to enhance retention and loyalty of existing affiliates.
· Work with other departments (CRM, product team) to determine best practices.
· Balance needs of the customer (affiliate) with needs of the company.
· Develop new markets within the assigned territory by working closely with the Marketing Manager and country consultants.
· Respond to a high volume of email with accuracy and to the company standard.
· Familiarization should include, but not limited to; Industry-wide SEO techniques and strategies, Information architecture, JavaScript, HTML/PHP, web analytics and other tracking tools, PPC programs, and affiliate marketing.
Requirements:
· Must have three years experience in affiliate account management or similar.
· Must have experience within the on-line gaming industry, online banking or business to consumer e-commerce. Knowledge and interest in gaming products and supplements a plus.
· Must have 3-5 years of direct experience in web marketing targeting European/North American markets.
· Must have deep understanding of web analytics and pay per click programs.
· Must have familiarity with tracking and analyzing data; response rates, avg. order, P/L (by segment), cost per aquisition.
· Must have knowledge of advanced Search engine optimization strategies
· Must have extensive knowledge with: CPC, CPM, Email marketing, customer retention, site optimization and conversion enhancement.
· Must have experience working with various software applications. Experience with Silverpop a plus.
· Must have willingness to learn new applications and technologies. Photoshop experience a plus.
· HTML, JAVAScript, PHP programming knowledge a plus.
· FBML, OpenSocial knowledge a plus.
· Must have exceptional organizational skills and ablility to prioritize and manage multiple marketing initiatives.
· Must work well in a team set-up in a fast-paced work environment
· Must have the ability to present ideas and recommendations for business.
· Must have previous experience in working with partners.
· Must have outstanding negotiating skills.
· Must have outstanding communication skills – both written and oral and proven record of attention to detail.
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
· Required language(s): English
· At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
· Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
· This is a full-time position.
