Sr. PHP Developer / Web Applications Developer
(National Capital Reg)
Responsibilities:
Develop, design, test, and maintain a highly innovative and scalable web-based application written in PHP / Oracle.
Must be able to work in a collaborative environment.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience developing PHP Applications.
Experience with design patterns, MVC frameworks (CakePHP, CodeIgniter, Zend, etc).
Expert-level knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, AJAX, and relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
Strong preference for developers with experience with Scriptaculous, Prototype, or similar JavaScript libraries.
5+ years Experience with PHP5.
Thorough knowledge of and experience using MVC frameworks.
A passion for web development that goes beyond working hours.
Experience with SVN, CVS or other version control system.
Experience with Apache and Linux.
Understanding of web caching techniques.
Knowledge of Webservice integration through SOAP / XMLRPC.
Flash / ActionScript knowledge a plus.
Knowledge of Javascript libraries such as Ext, JQuery, YUI.
5+ years experience developing dynamic front-end server-side applications with HTML, JavaScript, AJAX and CSS.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): PHP / Oracle.
Required language(s): English.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
