Software QA Analyst
(National Capital Reg - Makati City)
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Prepare, execute, monitor and maintain test plan / test cases on various internal Web and PC applications being developed in-house.
Establish policies and guidelines for Test Automation.
Establish processes for automated build and deployment of applications to test and production environments.
Work closely with developers to include test automation early in the development lifecycle.
Continually work to reduce the time taken to complete testing without any loss in productivity or coverage.
Contribute to the overall optimization of the test process.
Perform the test cases.
Looking over websites for any spelling mistakes and errors.
Looking over internally developed games / sites for any bugs and errors.
Ensure proper functionality of all features at all times.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Must have a passion for building top-of-the-line software.
Must have 3 or more years of software testing in a sophisticated development environment.
Must have three or more years of hands-on experience in developing automation framework for Enterprise class applications
Must have experience in building test automation suite using industry standard automation tools such as Mercury WinRunner or QTP Proficient in automation of basic acceptance tests and regression test suites.
Must have strong understanding of Quality Assurance fundamentals, strategies and technologies.
Should be technical and have good understanding of web / flash / stand-alone client concepts.
Experience with game QA is a plus.
Knowledge of either JAVA, J2EE, Oracle, PHP, Windows C++ is a definite plus.
Experience in casino industry is a plus.
Must have the ability to demonstrate exceptional test case writing, test execution and be proficient at writing bug reports
Must be enthusiastic and motivated and with effective organizational and communication skills
Required language(s): English
